Alberto Torelli is the "rising star" of the Italian enology scene, producing the Cru "Collazzi", one of the most popular Super Tuscans in Switzerland. The wine "Panorama" bears his signature and was created explicitly and exclusively for the Pizzeria Ristorante Molino to create the most harmonious taste experience possible with the Molino dishes. In order to emphasise the value of the wine and to ensure the most consistent quality possible, the wine is only bottled in magnum format (1.5 litres).
